Job Summary
Generate new clients and serve an existing base by conducting marketing, lead qualification, and initial prospect contact. Build client files, create sales presentations and proposals, and identify cross-sell opportunities to successfully sign new clients and meet quotas. Complete full fact-finding interviews on prospective and existing clients while shadowing and participating in calls, visits, and presentations. Execute a pre-determined number of insurance sales calls to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree Preferred
- Goal and action oriented, with ability and desire to work towards activity and sales targets
- High level of comfort with outreach directly to prospective clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage one-on-one as well as to an audience
- Persistence, drive and ability to work proactively
- Team player and team spirited
