Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to achieve sales goals for nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners, and health products. Connect with inbound leads and walk-in traffic to understand client needs, establish rapport, and offer tailored insurance solutions. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation within the agency management system while acting as a trusted advisor to guide product selection.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
