Job Summary
Sell and service a multiline portfolio of insurance and financial products to educators, build your exclusive agency territory with Horace Mann as an Exclusive Agent, and present solutions to groups and individuals. Leverage cutting-edge technology, training, and support to grow your business, while enjoying 1099 compensation with incentives and a dedicated service representative. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and business management skills and have or obtain Life and Health, Property and Casualty licenses (and FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable). Engage in networking and industry events to establish and grow your educator-focused network.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
