Job Summary
Provides insurance services to Members, including discussing personal lines coverage, preparing quotes, and advising on best options for auto, homeowners, and related property coverages. Engages with Members across multiple channels (phone, in-person, digital) to assess needs, analyze information, compare products, explain advantages and disadvantages, bind coverage, and process endorsements. Maintains and updates policies, reviews underwriting guidelines, communicates changes to Members and carriers, and ensures timely, accurate processing of applications, endorsements, and renewals. Requires regulatory compliance (BSA) and licensing, with 40-hour workweek and a mix of on-site and remote work per hybrid arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
- Personal Lines Insurance License Or Property & Casualty Insurance License
