Leverage a comprehensive multiline product portfolio and exclusive territory to drive consistent performance, supported by quarterly incentives and a 48-month incentive package. Operate independently without an external office for the first two years, utilizing dedicated service representatives for client service work. Maintain active engagement in market access and business management to ensure long-term agency success.
Required Qualifications
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
