Insurance Agent- Sales, Customer Service

Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, soliciting new business and maintaining current levels to meet or exceed sales production goals. Grow by proactively building relationships with customers to cross-sell and upsell insurance products, while accurately accounting for currency transactions and depositing funds with the agency management system. The role involves connecting with customers via high volumes of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, delivering comprehensive training and licensing, and leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills to educate clients on product fit. A licensing background is preferred but not required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a valued asset.
