Job Summary
Insurance Agent role focusing on selling nonstandard auto insurance to inbound leads and existing customers. Develop and expand business by building relationships, educating customers on product options, and meeting or exceeding sales production goals. Responsible for accurate handling of currency transactions, deposits, and documentation in the agency management system, with a strong emphasis on client service and ongoing mentorship and licensing training provided by the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
