Job Summary
Insurance Agent at Confie and its family of companies (Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others) in the United States. Responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, soliciting new business, and maintaining production goals. Builds relationships with clients to expand business, ensures timely deposits and accurate currency transactions in the agency management system, and educates customers on products that best fit their needs. Offers inbound/outbound service with a high-volume inbound lead environment, comprehensive training and licensing, and a compensation package featuring unlimited commission and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, plus a broad benefits program including 401(k). Ideal candidates will have sales or customer-service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and build lasting client relationships. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
