Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and health insurance. Proactively connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions while building lasting relationships. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system. Quickly establish rapport with clients and provide expert guidance to help them choose the insurance product that best fits their needs. No cold calling; we provide a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Comprehensive paid training and licensing, plus ongoing mentorship and development.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
