Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto, homeowners, and health insurance products. Proactively connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions while building lasting relationships and establishing rapport. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system. Quickly establish trust with clients to help them choose the insurance product that best fits their needs.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
