Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to achieve sales production goals for nonstandard auto insurance. Proactively connect with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions for auto, homeowners, or health insurance. Maintain accurate transaction records, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system. Quickly establish rapport with clients and provide expert guidance to help them choose the best insurance product. This role offers unlimited uncapped commission, no cold calling, and comprehensive training with on-going mentorship. Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
