Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance sales using inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Build client relationships to meet production goals while educating customers on product fit. Manage accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely bank deposits through the agency management system. This role offers unlimited uncapped commission, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401K with matching, and extensive mental health support. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
