Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto, homeowners, and health insurance while achieving or exceeding sales production goals. Proactively connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them choose the best insurance solutions. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system. No cold calling required; we provide a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic. This role offers unlimited, uncapped commission and a sign-on bonus opportunity of up to $4,000. Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
