Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels for nonstandard auto insurance sales, leveraging inbound leads and walk-in traffic to meet production goals. Build client relationships and educate customers on suitable products while accurately accounting for all currency transactions and delivering deposits via scanned documentation in the agency management system. Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive relationship expansion. This role offers unlimited commission, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and comprehensive training with mentorship at a major broker ranked the #1 Personal Lines Leader.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
