Insurance Agent Marketer in Henderson, NV drives referral opportunities by identifying and maintaining relationships with Insurance Agents across Los Angeles County to generate restoration work for ServiceMASTER EMT. The role requires visiting local insurance agencies in person daily, representing EMT at local insurance meetings, logging contacts and activities in company software, handling insurance losses routed from Agents to the local office, and collaborating with EMT teams to promote customer satisfaction while pursuing aggressive sales goals. The position offers full-time employment with commission-based earnings, health insurance, 401K, vacation pay, and flexible work-from-home options. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/sales
- Previous experience in the Restoration or Insurance industry a plus
- Knowledge of the restoration process and insurance standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology including but not limited to computer, laptop, cell phone, company software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness and ability to travel
