Job Summary
Sell Horace Mann insurance and financial products as an Exclusive Agent to educators; build relationships, present life/health and property & casualty solutions, and leverage networking and technology to grow your agency. Role is a 1099 independent contractor with performance-based incentives, dedicated support, and a multiline product portfolio. Requires Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty License, and FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (where applicable); 2-5 years in insurance/financial services preferred. Focus on market access, educator client relationships, and presenting suitable solutions to individuals and groups.
Required Qualifications
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
- Independent contractor / 1099 compensation
