Job Summary
Conduct sales activities for Horace Mann insurance products to educators and individuals within an exclusive territory. Present Life, Health, Property, and Casualty solutions while leveraging a dedicated service representative to handle client service work. Build strong relationships through networking, community engagement, and industry events to establish and grow your business. Utilize cutting-edge technology and market-building programs to support operations. This 1099 role includes quarterly production incentives for the first 48 months and requires Life, Health, and Property/Casualty licenses. No external office is required for two years.
Required Qualifications
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses
- Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
