Job Summary
Sell new insurance policies through inbound customer calls by guiding prospects through coverage options and explaining product details clearly. Answer policyholder questions, resolve concerns, and support customers throughout the quoting, purchase, and service journey while maintaining accuracy on high-volume call handling. Document interactions, process requests, and update policy information using multiple systems while adhering to licensing requirements and privacy standards. Collaborate with teammates to achieve service goals and participate in training to expand insurance knowledge. This salaried position requires a Property & Casualty license and two years of relevant experience, with a hybrid schedule following training.
Required Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license strongly preferred
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Must be able to work in a hybrid work structure following training (50% in-office, including designated team days)
- Training is conducted 100% in-office
- A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is required for remote work days
- This position is salaried (no commission)
- Not eligible for employer visa sponsorship
