Job Summary
Insurance Agent with Farmers Insurance agency seeks energetic, outgoing performers to build client relationships and drive auto/home/life/commercial coverage sales. Responsibilities include connecting with new people daily, identifying best-fit coverage, following up on leads and quotes, crossing-sell products, delivering high-quality service, and leveraging training and mentorship to grow toward agency ownership. Must have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the motivation to achieve monthly goals; licensing in Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance is encouraged if not already held. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Jackson, MI, with base salary plus unlimited commission and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (if not already licensed)
