Job Summary
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, and attend team meetings and trainings. This entry-level role requires a life/health insurance license or willingness to obtain one, along with proven industry experience and strong communication skills. Agents earn commissions, bonuses, and stock based on performance in a flexible work-from-home environment.
Required Qualifications
- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain)
- Proven industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
