Job Summary
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals and prospecting. Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac, educate employees on benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support. Attend team meetings and trainings. Requires a life/health insurance license or willingness to obtain one, proven industry experience, and strong communication skills. Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and pass a criminal background check. Required Qualifications
- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain)
- Proven industry experience
