Sell Commercial Lines via inbound calls and manage outbound leads throughout the day for follow-ups and callbacks. Maintain call compliance by adhering to sales call recommendations from audits. Report directly to the Sales Team Lead for training and regular performance reviews. This role requires excellent verbal skills, strong time management, and comfort with multiple screens.
