Job Summary
Insurance Agent role in Columbus, GA with Horace Mann. Responsible for identifying solutions to provide affordable insurance and financial security for educators, presenting products to groups and individuals, and building market access through networking and events. Requires strong interpersonal and business management skills, ability to build and manage your agency, and active engagement in community and industry activities. Licenses required: Life and Health, Property and Casualty; FINRA Series 6 & 63 (if applicable). 1099 compensation with incentives, Premier Service support, and a multiline product portfolio to enable client solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
