Job Summary
Insurance Agent position in Camden, NC with Horace Mann. Exclusive agent focusing on educators; 1099 compensation with 48-month incentive, quarterly production incentives, and no external office requirement. Training and resources provided, with a multiline product portfolio and market/relationship-building programs. Responsibilities include solving educators' financial challenges, gaining market access, and presenting information to potential customers one-on-one and in groups. Requires or intends to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (resident state), with FINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable. 2-4 years of experience in insurance/financial services preferred; strong interpersonal and business management skills. Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred
- Possess or ready to obtain Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License
