Job Summary
Promote and close car insurance policies for C2C car buyers and sellers on dubizzle; handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch auto insurance options, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable packages. Own the full telesales cycle from prospecting to closing, present customised insurance solutions over calls, WhatsApp, and email, and cross-sell value-added services such as inspection, warranty, and finance. Build rapport as a trusted advisor, manage objections, ensure timely follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for smooth onboarding, maintain detailed CRM records of calls, quotations, applications, and closed deals, share daily performance updates, and consistently meet monthly insurance sales targets. Stay updated on policy changes, provider offerings, and market trends in the UAE, and contribute insights to improve scripts and packages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto insurance sales — preferably via telesales
- Prior experience in high-volume inside sales or call centre environments
- Experience in using CRM Software/Apps
- Familiarity with the UAE automotive market, car insurance policies and provider landscape
- Understanding of value-added services like inspection, finance, warranty, and registration support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage pipeline and time effectively & efficiently
- Target-oriented and strong closer
- Team player
- Confident under pressure with aggressive follow-up and time management
- Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
