Job Summary
Sell auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach to build and maintain a book of business through referrals and community engagement. Identify prospective customers via established lead methodologies and document interactions with integrity while leveraging sales technology and multi-carrier platforms. Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to continuously improve sales results. This outside sales role requires applicants to live in Corpus Christi and surrounding Texas areas, with full-time employment and flexible hybrid work structures.
