Job Summary
Develop and manage an independent Alfa Insurance agency under the Alfa brand. Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients. Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Promote Alfa’s comprehensive range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
- Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
- Persuasive communication and people skills.
- Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
