Job Summary
Conduct insurance sales and customer service for AAA members in the Lake Oswego area, leveraging access to over 800,000 existing members and multiple top-tier carriers. Maintain strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational time management while serving a stable organization with no overhead expenses. If not licensed upon hire, pass the Property & Casualty licensing exam within 30 days or two attempts. Work defined business hours Monday through Friday with a positive attitude and desire to serve members.
Required Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license
- Must successfully pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire, and/or within two (2) examination attempts, whichever occurs first
- Strong sales ability
- Customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Eligibility for hire based on a clean background check
- Eligibility for hire based on a drug screen

- College degree or equivalent experience
