Job Summary
As an Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You will deliver superior customer service, uncover clients’ business challenges, provide recommendations, and assist with underwriting principles. The role emphasizes growth, autonomy, and supportive development opportunities within a collaborative, inclusive workplace, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building authentic client relationships. Required Qualifications
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!)
