Job Summary
Promote and educate clients on insurance products while taking ownership of client relationships and acting as advocates to identify their needs. Assist clients with insurance requirements by applying basic underwriting principles and delivering superior service to promote retention. Grow your industry knowledge and experience within a flexible, inclusive workplace in Victoria, BC. This role offers a 35-hour work week with a salary range of $22.20 to $27.75 and includes financial support for professional development courses.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance broker level 1 license
- Working towards CAIB/CIP
- 6 months+ of industry experience
