Job Summary
Promote and educate clients on insurance products while taking ownership of client relationships and identifying their specific needs. Assist clients with their insurance requirements by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles and acting as an advocate to uncover business challenges. Deliver superior customer service focused on client retention and helping the local community grow our presence. This role requires a track record of achieving sales targets and an Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP certification. Compensation ranges from $22.20 to $27.75 per hour for a 35-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance broker level 1 license
- Working towards CAIB/CIP
- 6 months+ of industry experience
