Insurance Advisor

Promote and educate clients on insurance products while taking ownership of client relationships and growing local community presence. Uncover business challenges to act as a client advocate, identifying needs and providing recommendations. Assist clients with insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles. Deliver superior customer service to promote client retention. Expected hourly compensation is $23.00 to $27.75 based on a 35-hour work week. Candidates should possess a laser-focused track record of achieving sales targets and natural ability to build authentic client relationships. An Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP is required, with financial support provided for approved training.
