Insurance Advisor

Promote and educate clients on insurance products while taking ownership of client relationships to drive local community presence. Uncover business challenges to act as an advocate, identifying needs and providing tailored recommendations. Assist clients with their insurance requirements by applying basic underwriting principles to ensure superior customer service and retention. Deliver this work while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing a flexible workload within a 35-hour week. The role requires a laser-focused sales track record and an Insurance broker level 1 license, with financial support available for CAIB/CIP certification.
