Job Summary
Assist prospective insurance clients by assessing their needs and advising on coverage requirements. Engage with provided leads to convert requests into customers, guiding them through information gathering, quoting, and binding to deliver a seamless experience. Serve the APOLLO book of business via live-chat, email, and phone, ensuring clients understand policy details and exclusions. Maintain the current customer base with strong ownership while reporting claims and leading clients through the process with empathy. Recommend operational improvements to enhance overall customer experience and provide feedback to refine product offerings. Work shifts from 9am-7pm EST, Monday-Friday, with no cold calling required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role
- RIBO License
- Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process
- Passion for Sales & Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
- Independent, Self Motivated, Ambitious and Competitive individual able to thrive in a fast paced environment

- Ability to offer continuous support from information gathering, quote and to bind
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service through various channels of communication (live-chat, email, phone)
- Ability to work shifts within 9am-7pm EST, Monday - Friday
- Ability to go through a background check process including references, employment verification, and a criminal record check
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
