Job Summary
The Insurance Sales Advisor is responsible for driving business growth through attracting, advising, and retaining Private Client Group clients. This role involves building trust-based relationships, managing long-term risks, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, conducting needs assessments, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates must have at least 3 years in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services, and must be able to obtain a P&C Insurance License in Colorado or Texas. Strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and proficiency with CRM and insurance management software are essential.
Required Qualifications
