Job Summary
As an Insurance Advisor, Personal Insurance, you will advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes to personal insurance. You will build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals. Assist clients with home, condo, tenant, and other personal insurance needs; manage policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments; cross-sell and upsell HUB products; support commercial lines operations; and perform administrative tasks such as answering calls and handling paperwork. Required Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Previous insurance experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
