Job Summary
Report to Manager, Insurance Agency. Help clients identify their insurance needs and advise on products and coverages. Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to drive new business. Build relationships with clients to retain their business and deliver a TYLF (Treat You Like Family) experience in all interactions with clients and co-workers. In-house training is provided to support licensing and growth within AMA's wide service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience
- General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1
Desired Qualifications
- General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1
- CIP designation
- licensing support in-house training
- experience in sales or customer service
- insurance-related experience is a plus
