Job Summary
Insurance Advisor Level 1 responsible for identifying clients' insurance needs and advising on suitable products and coverages, articulating pricing clearly, supporting existing clients with policy updates, proactively following up on leads to drive new business, and building relationships to retain client needs. Delivers a TYLF (Treat You Like Friends and Family) experience in all interactions. Reports to the Manager, Insurance Agency. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience; industry certifications like a General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1 are required, with in-house training and licensing support provided.
