Job Summary
Insurance Adviser responsible for managing and servicing existing client insurance policies, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring renewals are processed efficiently, maintaining FCA and GDPR compliance, and supporting the wider team in handling calls and achieving productivity targets. The role involves obtaining future leads to increase sales and revenue opportunities, and preparing and requesting insurance documentation as required. Strong customer service, organizational, and persuasive communication skills are essential, with experience in sales or retention roles being preferable.
