Job Summary
Maintain and update client files, policy records, and certificates of insurance while processing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals in the agency management system. Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, responding to routine coverage questions and directing complex matters to licensed staff. Support producers and account managers by preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials, and coordinate meetings with carriers and underwriters. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and track expiration dates and renewal timelines. This full-time, office-based role operates in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines, requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of administrative or insurance industry experience
- Property & Casualty license
