Job Summary
Resolve complex out-of-network claims and write appeals for escalated issues while maintaining high accuracy in claim resolution. Mentor staff members and serve as a resource for the team by assisting with training and supporting escalated scenarios. This Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialist III role requires advanced knowledge of billing practices and payer requirements. No weekends, evenings, or holidays are scheduled.
