Job Summary
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Insurance Payables or AR/Direct Bill workflows and other accounting functions; develop and deliver onboarding training, maintain training documentation (SOPs, job aids, reference materials), and provide ongoing education through refreshers and system updates. Act as SME for insurance accounting workflows, conduct quality reviews of transactional activity, identify trends and root causes of errors, and support internal controls and process improvements. Produce training completion reports, metrics, and collaborate with team leads, managers, and offshore partners to ensure operational excellence and alignment on policy rollouts and system migrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance accounting (AP, AR, and/or Direct Bill)
- experience in training, mentoring, or quality review roles
- strong understanding of accounting systems and processes, including D365, AMS360, Epic or similar platforms
- excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives
- attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy and continuous improvement
