Job Summary
Reconcile daily insurance deposits, investigate accounting discrepancies, and prepare accurate financial records. Process invoices and payments to insurance companies and vendors, maintain billing records, and support collections and refund activities. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes while reconciling commission reports and providing administrative support for financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial administration. Post-secondary education in accounting or finance is an asset, as is insurance industry experience. Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
