Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service for inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote business development through exemplary communication. Obtain Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals. Work weekdays 9-5 with salary plus commission, paid time off, health benefits, and profit sharing.
