Job Summary
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will leverage a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and work with the agent to achieve marketing goals. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to present to potential customers. Required qualifications include obtaining property and casualty and life and health licenses.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
