Job Summary
Maintain client information in the management system, issue Certificates of Insurance, and support renewal processes. Handle change requests, manage invoicing and accounting tasks, and address other client needs as they arise. Stay knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, and underwriting while building relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Prioritize critical activities to ensure timely completion and demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- You are adaptable, flexible and love to learn
- You are a curious person motivated by solving problems
- You hold a Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Three – Five years of industry specific experience
- High School diploma
- Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
