Insurance Account Manager

Identify existing customer needs and make appropriate recommendations while handling telephone calls with professionalism. Process endorsement changes, binders, and certificates of insurance within the agency's automation system to ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with the marketer on new policies and remarketing documents, then deliver updates to insured via their desired distribution method. Handle claim information from customers and prepare proper documents to file claims with carriers, assisting clients throughout the entire claim process. Maintain control of binders, certificates of insurance, audits, and aged receivables in accordance with agency guidelines. Prepare agency invoices and take payments according to the collection policy. This full-time role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
