Job Summary
Support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, building strong relationships and resolving queries. Act proactively with initiative and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver the best possible client experience. Work collaboratively with the team while demonstrating honesty and integrity within a regulated environment. Provide confidence in both phone and face-to-face interactions. Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends. Basic salary relative to experience plus a generous bonus structure. 26 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
