Job Summary
Perform various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary for caring for personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of residents. Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies and document resident assistance activities on a daily basis. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety programs at all times. Be flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment. Required Qualifications
- Insulin Certified Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
