Job Summary
Supervise crews and coordinate construction projects including highway structures, pile driving, and underground utilities while executing daily and weekly schedules to meet timetables and cost objectives. Review contract documents, shop drawings, and schematics to determine work scope and manpower needs, then manage equipment fleets, logistics, and material requisitions. Monitor labor costs, enforce safety regulations through toolbox talks, and conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Train hourly personnel, conduct preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and maintain accurate daily reports and time cards.
